How do I create a “new” account?

Please go to login. Go to “new members sign up here.” You will be asked to fill out basic information for your account. Your e-mail will be your login and you will be asked to provide the system with your own personal password. To make sure you get to the correct area the system will ask for your “prior” password if you have used our e-commerce site before. This is critical to make sure you get to the correct site. The rest is very basic and self explanatory.

To help create, organize and streamline your ordering process, Beyond Technology is introducing “MY SUPPLY LIST”

“MY SUPPLY LIST” is a list you create of your most popular items you or your agency orders. Your list can be as short as 1 item or as many as you wish. You create the list and can refer to it on a regular basis without having to look up the item each time. You can add new products and delete items anytime you wish. The “MY SUPPLY LIST” is a customized time saving/ordering feature that you create yourself.

Follow these simple steps to create a “MY SUPPLY LIST”.

  1. GO TO PRODUCT SEARCH AND PICK YOU FIRST PRODUCT
  2. AFTER SELECTING YOUR PRODUCT THAT YOU WANT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO “ADD TO CART” OR “ADD TO MY SUPPLY LIST”. PLEASE CLICK “ADD TO MY SUPPLY LIST”. YOUR PRODUCT IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR NEW SUPPLY LIST
  3. REPEAT THE ABOVE TWO STEPS FOR EACH ITEM YOU WANT TO ADD TO YOUR LIST.
  4. AFTER YOU FINISH YOUR LIST YOU CAN ORDER AT ANY TIME FROM YOUR NEWLY CREATED LIST BY PUTTING IN YOUR QUANTITY AND CLICKING “ADD TO SHOPPING CART”. THEN YOU CAN CHECK OUT THE SAME WAY AS YOU ALWAYS HAVE.
  5. YOU CAN ALWAYS RECALL YOUR LIST BY CLICKING THE “MY SUPPLY LIST” BUTTON ON THE TOP HEADER.
  6. YOU CAN ADD OR DELETE ITEMS ANY TIME YOU WANT.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship most all products out by UPS or Fed-Ex from one of our 7 warehouses throughout the country.

How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed via SSL triple secured internet, e-mail, phone, fax or mail. The fax # is 303-623-4843, and the e-mail address to send orders is customerservice@beyondtec.com

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged upon submission of the order.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Absolutely. You are welcome to contact our billing dept. and we will fax or e-mail you a copy

Will your compatible products void my printer warranty?

BTC premium compatible cartridges will not void any printer warranty

Is there a restocking fee?

We charge a 10% restock fee for refused, unwanted, or orders incorrectly ordered. You must call to get a return authorization. See our return policy.

Why did they separate the packages on my order?

Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. Also the order might have been shipped from separate warehouses, which would cause them to arrive separately.
